Late to exchange or refund..

i am not able to exchange my note 7 with s7 edge now. what if i late to exchange.. can i get refund or exchange later.. please help..

because i bought it when i travel via qatar airport.. now i am not able to travel.. next year only i can travel.. what to do.. can i exchange it from some other places...

I'm in Angola with my Note 7 disconnected, but there I think there is no Samsung agent over here, I will come back to Portugal in holidays only on 21 december, would I be able to get a refund by that time? thanks
