Since last update, having phone issues. Text messages not sending/receiving, lost data and memory card not reading.

same with me after last update note 10 plus not receiving notifications when screen is lock... when i open lock then received all notifications... i contact with customer care but nothing happened...

Had same issue but fixed after changing android notification settings. Will make a video soon

Please take the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to have it checked out. Find the nearest location to you online.
