Which device is the best Galaxy Note 9 or Galaxy Note 10 lite?

Hi Kririto.. Galaxy Note Lite is better because of the bigger screen size (6.7 vs 6.4), better camera (Triple Camera vs Double sensors), bigger battery (4500 vs 4000) and the latest software Android 10/above. 👍

Both devices are fine but if you like the S Pen than Note 9 otherwise Note 10 Lite
