I updated this July Security Patch Yesterday.
But after update anyone noticed that battery timming is now low as compared to before update and it is draining quickly.
what is solution of this issue ???

Hi, go to Recovery Mode and WipeCatchPartitions, switch off your device, then press Volume down key + Bixby key + Power button until the starts up and galaxy logo appears, scroll down using Volume button to highlight Wipe Catch Partitions and select it using the power button, then restart your phone.

I Know this process and I do this process once a week before and after update but still i felt bettery is not good working as before update.

I've checked my phone i didn't detect any extra battery usage, it looks normal, go to Device care > Battery, and check your battery usage.
