And i have faced problems like 
1. earphones not working properly ( that comes with the phone )
2. Charging port not working properly 
3. And now suddenly the battery life got bad ?

try to reset your mobile or restart and try the test again.

did it & the phone also felt little heavier. so today i ran the test & then i discovered this.

Have you visited service centre in that period of time? Since it is possible that some of problems in your device may require attention from an expert, and may not get solved with a software update.

Yes, i did and all they did was factory reset. They always do it no matter what. Despite telling them that it won't solve the problem.
