I have recently updated my phone with One UI 2.1. After the update, the navigation bar menu under Display setting doesn't work. The plain back screen appear everytime I try to enter the navigation bar menu.
Is this only my problem and advise if there is any solution of it.
(Switch off your phone. Press and hold power button, bixby button and volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on. You will reach the recovery mode. Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings) Waiting for your feedbacks. Thank you.
Activate safe mode and check for the problem. (Press and hold the power button (🔴 Red button on your SCREEN ). Then tap 'Safe Mode'. To exit safe mode, just restart your device)
