What is the problem I can't use dynamic lock screen it keeps showing me this code 10002

Make clear cache

Go settings- apps- show system app - wallpaper service
And make clear catch and clear data

I cleared cash and data
And restart my phone 📱still doesn't work!!!
Everything else is working in my device

Which wallpaper u set
Video wallpaper or
Dynamic wallpaper?
If ur set video wallpaper change other video and check again

If not working u have to format ur mobile ( factory data reset)
