Probably not this year. Their upcoming event is all about foldables. They haven't officially canceled note series, but no rumors about upcoming note. So Probably it's not coming this year.

As per rumors, it is because S and Note series are very close to each other now in terms of specs and use cases. They also want to push the sales of foldables. May be because of that. These are just rumors as of now

Not this year. The next Note is supposed to come in 2022. This year, Note series is canceled because of chip shortage issues.
