Hi, availability of callrecording feature depends on the country of origin. It is not available in some countries where call recording is illegal.
You can easily by pass this restriction by changing the firmware of the device.

Sammysung have done this for years!

It is NOT illegal in the UK and yet they disable call recording for us.

And how to  change CSC?

From what I've read they now also closed this way?

Google ONLY removed 3rd party access to the feature.

it is enabled for Thailand

Thailand use exact same ROM as UK just a different CSC
