Galaxy Note
the screen unlock is not working with iris sensor. it displays error message 'Iris sensor is not responding. try again later'. Ran the hardware diagnostics and it says 'check required'.
I have restarted the phone. reset app preferences and settings. also I have tried running the phone o safe mode. nothing seems to make it working again. suggestions welcome.
