the screen unlock is not working with iris sensor. it displays error message 'Iris sensor is not responding. try again later'. Ran the hardware diagnostics and it says 'check required'.
I have restarted the phone. reset app preferences and settings. also I have tried running the phone o safe mode. nothing seems to make it working again. suggestions welcome.b0cf9b26-ae06-49e1-bd02-9075b91b1f1d.jpg

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. You have tried great steps to fix the Iris scanner issue. We suggest following below steps to overcome the issue:

- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the service engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
