Hi, I have been using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 since 2018 and it has been my favorite device till date. Since the device is very unlikely to get anymore os update in the days to come, I request the team of Samsung to consider adding some interesting features to keep our interest in the device. The pandemic has almost crippled the economy and not too many people can afford to buy a new flagship device right now. As for me, I have decided to continue with this device for at least 1 more year before I restore my economic situation to some extent and I can then only buy a new one. Please consider our predicament and let us continue to have your best possible service until some time in the future 🙏😊.
Hello user, As per Samsung’s new policy all the phones will get to major OS updates in their lifetime but they will get security patch updates as per the schedule like months quarterly half-yearly yearly. I hope you understand my point. Thank you
