Incoming call hangs on sim2 on my note 10 plus

After spending quite a lot money on stupid phone (got to know after buying it) incoming calls hangs when we receive call on sim2.really frustrating. And no major improvement compared to note 9 except the hefty increase in price.no major upgrade in hardware.worst battery life, they made us fools by removing headphone jack just to increase 100mah battery and battery life is worst.simply advertising false info '30 min charge gives full day usage'.full charge itself will not give full day usage battery.

No such issues with mine.
Battery backup is good enough.
Not 30 minutes charge, but full charge easily gives me full day usage with more than 35% still remaining

lucky boy, you must be using it with full hd plus screen,battery save mode on and also switching few features off.if i have switch all of them off i don't have to buy a phone spending so much.nit sure about ur case.pls reply.
