Imcoming calls

I have a Sumsung Note 10 +, all of a sudden I cannot hear the people speak who phone me or me calling them ,  I have restarted the phome and checked the volume, everthing looks normal, any suggestions

Kindly run the CALL SPEAKER TEST in the SAMSUNG MEMBERS and see if the problem is with the speaker or not.❤
