No more OS updates for Note8. You can use a Android 10 based custom ROM. But you will loose knox and its features in Custom ROM.

Yes it's TRUE and final. Note 8 will not get anymore OS upgrades. Only security patches maybe.

but samsung should care about it.
only 2os updates
they should change policies but as per hardware 6gb 128 gb not a slow hardware
6gb is sufficient for any os update.
