I stop receiving WiFi connection but tethering (hotspot) is working.
I had used a vpn client and since then, this problem is started. So, I have uninstalled the App but I am not able to solve the problem.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Afzal, You can just reset your network settings to solve this. Goto Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. Please note that this will delete all your wifi passwords and bluetooth pairings. Thank you.

Hi Sijah, many thanks for your reply. I have reset the network settings and then I tried to connect WiFi with the password. But this is not solved my problem and still I'm not able to connect to WiFi (WiFi is working fine with other devices)
Any other thoughts?

Hi there,
Restart both your device and the WiFi router and try once again. This can also happen if your device is blacklisted or blocked in your WiFis setup page.
