I have my note9 camera blurr issues

I have been on vacation last week and when I was taking video I have problem with focus and also pjone is phone is heated up like anything. 
No focus is working and I have things so shaking as if I have taken it on fire .

I can even share the video of it along with some images. phones camera is not functioning good in sun light condition
