I don't understand why the note 9 keeps lagging

This phone might have a mad fan following on YouTube amongst Youtubers. But I've always found the phone not to be butter smooth . Lags on a daily basis ,choppy animations ,hangs on me pretty frequently . Really Samsung do something. Make your users feel like they're using a premium phone ,unlike some cheap midrange

I tried talking to Samsung about this over the phone . they asked me to download an app which gives them access to my phone and they ran all the tests and they said the phone is perfectly fine. I'm pretty sure that's gonna be the response @the service centre too. I jus feel like I've put my money in the water

I dont think that is to do anything with Sw. go check your HW in a samsung center. they usually return the products in 1-2 days. So worth checking out before the warranty period
