Open camera and select PRO mode there turn off autofocus option then check your camera by manual focusing. If the camera is still not focusing then this could be hardware issue other wise this is software issue.
What was the result. I mean was camera stable on manual focus mode or not ? If not then it is hardware issue most probably. Is your canera lens clear no deep scratch or dust inside ?
