but it very risk if you don't no full process. so advise to check on YouTube and Google

using laptop for software update , if you prefer Odin tool with firmware file

1. make sure to keep backup of your device as it will wipe your device back to factory settings and no file remains

2. make sure build number and date of release is the higher version then of yours , proceeding with wrong file will harm your device

3. check proper tutorials or guidance from people who are having better knowledge over this !

4. check if Samsung smart switch can do it without data loss!

keep all the above things in mind before proceeding.

best way is to wait for the update and proceeding over OTA , in which your data remains and also easy for those who aren't aware of doing it clean via PC
