Hotspot network connected but no Internet access

I'm have issues with my hotspot network . I share my Internet from galaxy note 10 plus  with hotspot to others device it connected but showing (no Internet access ) to my PC same  my other phones same. No Internet access. Please how do I fix the problem on my galaxy note 10 plus.

I have restart my phone many times still the hotspot sharing network. This is the error message i got from my other device. 20211006_185205_7456.jpg

Dear Paskilo,
Please try these steps in sequence.
》Check for software updates.
(Settings > Software update > Download and install)
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
》Turn ON/OFF ✈️ flight mode
》Turn ON wifi and then turn ON mobile hotspot.
》Clear wifi and hotspot cache
(Settings > Apps > Small button right of "Your apps" > Toggle ON "Show System apps" > Search "wifi" and then "hotspot" > Choose each app > Storage > Clear Cache.)
》Wipe your cache partition.
(Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. This will not effect any personal data or settings.)

If nothing solves,
》Contact your network provider and enquire wheather they provides hotspot by default or is it to be activated.

Thanks for the feedback. Just curious to know your location and the network provider. Also, is there any way to activate the hotspot?

I'm in UAE 🇦🇪 currently I'm using Etisalat. Yes the hotspot is working perfectly now.
