Home screen wallpaper load after 1 second

I'm using Note 10+. OS upto date. Recently my home screen wallpaper gets delay in loading. (when I go to home screen from app, wallpaper get blur and it load after 1 second). No any other issue regarding speed or other. Low quality wallpapers also has same problem.

Hey... maybe your wallpaper is too large or high-resolution, which takes more time to load. So try another wallpaper

I tried... even 20KB wallpaper also has this problem..
