Hi Zubia, GoodLock is a region locked App and you can't download it directly from Galaxy Store in GCC unless you remove your sim and use vpn proxy.. Check if using a VPN proxy is legally allowed in Kuwait.

Alternatively you can try NiceLock apk and get the plugins from apkmirror.com which comes with same features as Good lock.. Cheers!
