Hey Samsung where's dual voLTE

Samsung promised us dual volte but it never came

Dear friend, even with out VoLTE, your sim is supposed to show 4G and you will be able to use Internet with a JIO sim, the issue with out VoLTE will affect only in calls.
Right now I checked with my friend who is using S8+. He is having dual VoLTE support.

check internet settings... if access point settings improperly configured you won't get network
