Help on Camera Problem - Note 9

In my galaxy Note 9 (India), When taking photos with flash light, it looks like a white smoke on photos and it is not clear. Each and every photos looks same. What may be the reason. Do anyone facing the same, Pls anyone suggest a solution. I have attached a sample photo.

clean the lens.. and try with your phone cover off..does it solve the issue?

sometimes this happens due to lens glare.. not always a hardware problem.. happened quite often with my one plus 5t ...
