Heating too hot!

Hello yesterday I brought Samsung Galaxy note 20 in india. It  Was good but Battery capacity is to lower on the battery did not hang and  The phone will be burning at the heating too much.

If you using note 20 then tell me to some tip's to rectify this and Is it okay to be too hot and the battery drain or can I do something can I call customers or is normal

It has a s.h.i.t.t.y Exynos 990 processor. You deserve that heat if you bought this device which was launched in 2020 without any research.
