Dear Samsung,

Please give me solution for irises couldn't register in my note 9 after android10 maybe because before is working fine but very long time i trying to register irises security but its not.

Plz solution...

Please check after wiping your cache partition.

Make sure your screen protectors are not causing the problem. Check after removing them. Also clean the camera lense.
Also clear data and cache of the 'iris' app. (from system apps)
Update all the apps from both the stores.

Hey,

Please make sure that you are registered with your iris in a room light. Not too dark and not as bright as the sun. If still the same, please visit the nearest service center.
