I am huge fan of Samsung smartphones. I just upgraded my phone note 20 ultra from s9+ but I am having problem from the greenish colour on my screen (black colour images from s9+ I clicked is greenish colour in my note 20 ultra). When I compare the display quality with my s9+ . S9+ is soo good and crisp image. It's not even one week I bought this phone but I am having disappointment with the quality. Bythway the note 20 ultra I bought is made in India and my s9+ is from made in Vietnam. Idk what would I do now? 😔😔😔
Try first to check the colors of your screen by doing the following: in phone screen dial *#0*# a new screen will open with all feature to test in your phone.
You are not the only one complaining about the horrible color temperature calibration on the note20ultra. I spoke with samsung support, and they told me, that they are aware of this problem, and are going to fix it - they said.
