It's a software issue, I faced the same issue with an old Note 9. I got an update and that fixed the issue it looked perfectly fine.

Oh, you got your phone updated to Android 11?

No its Android version 10

Go to settings>About phone>Software information and the scroll till the end. Also you can check for any updates go to settings>scroll till the end > select software update>select download and install.
