The last update brings a green line on left side of the phone when asked by the store man he told that in next update it will be okay..
Please guide whether it is an issue of update?

I have galaxy note 20 ultra

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Done the steps visited the store and as usual it's a typical line from Samsung employees. "The device does not fall under the policy" what kind of scam are you running this days every one knows that the green line issue is due to the display Samsung use same as oneplus but atleast they are honest and extended there policy for life time for green screen but Samsung is worst in such cases first you avoided the issue when other company accepted that the green line issue is due to display then you created the policy folling there foot steps but for only limited time if you want to copy someone else policy for your mistake atleast do it correctly. When you are charging more then 1 lac then why the hell you can provide the proper services if that's how your attitude towards the customers would be then sure every one will avoide purchasing the faulty devices from Samsung and move to a better option.
