After sofware updating. in my phone a green straight line appears due to software issue. I already raised a complaint and went to service center they said me that they can't provide service due to warranty period over and the problem caused due to updation provide by the company and it damaged my display permanently iam one among the several facing this problem and costumer care service is terrible and really felt cheated as a costumer of samsung
