I am facing issue with Samsung note 9, its accuring almost all the time.

Need permanent solution please

Looks like  a scam from samsung, as soon as their new cell was launching both my samsung notes went green after update. I think to force ppl to buy the new phones

Totally agree.  Almost everything is controlled remotely through software.  Who can we file a complaint to ?

I just got the same problem last night. Cannot imagine how this problem happen with the flagship product.  It's time to switch to other brand after 20 years using this brand.

I have the same issue with note 9 raised the complaint several time they just say it's our fault.
Any way I am done with samsung and told my friends and family not to buy samsung anymore .
One of them were going to buy a samsung phone they bought a xiaomi instead and they are happy with the product. Thanks to samsungs support.

Have the same problem with the green screen

I can't believe that Samsung are charging screen replacement, when it was them that created the issue.

I'm going to try to contact Samsung here in Portugal and see what they say.

green screen issue on my Samsung s10+ from last software update . please fix it permanently .. I have fixed this problem temporarily ,turned off auto brightness and keep always on display.. after hard restoring my phone.. I losed my lotes off data .. please fix it permanently ..

I have been waiting for 3-4 months now for a permanent fix for the green flickering from the power button. Now I keep getting advertisements for Samsung phones with google collaborations. Well, I was a proud Samsung user, I guess I will have to move to a new brand. As I am not going to go through the trouble to go to a Samsung store just to be told to pay for the fix which is not my fault at all. Samsung should have been at least reaching their customers with their flagship products with an apology, but all these replies from Samsung just look like, they just say the same thing again and again without the care for an actual fix. I am going to move to another brand along with my entire family.
