Samsung Note Series is the best if it's kind and let me say the best and only one of its kind that has served all these years and is still serving us by releasing new updates for the S Pen and applications to make the most out of the S Pen. No other phone provides such and paper like experience with least latency and accuracy. Love it guys.
This mostly happens when you try and update your phone over mobile data or when there intruption in the internet whole there is the update going on. So the software fails to properly upload your data before update and it downloads its basic features only.
