Google play store app crashes and unable to clear cache

Hello community,

Im struggling with my Galaxy note 20 ultra, lately its unable to install apps from play store or Samsung store, it downloads and crashes at the very end.

I've read clearing cache would help fix the issue, I tried numerous time to hold volume up and power button it dosent take me to bootloader page and samsung loads in regular.

Tried with headphones and phone connected to PC, still no use.

Please suggest, should I call samsung for my issue ?

Clear storage rather than clearing cache it works

Have 150 gb space left on my phone...

Did that numerous times, I'm reaching out here doing all the basic stuff

Then simply restore the device.

Delete it and re install.
