This is a repeated query, I don't know why Samsung are not serving their customers equally, as they are having customers at different classes. US, China and their home country (SK) are class 1 and the rest of the world are class 2. It's annoying, Samsung should start treating all customers as one.
Updates in US arrives at 1st day of the month, and we get it at the end of the month. Special softwares like Good Lock, not available for us.
I hope the Samsung Gulf Rep will pass these concerns to the HQ
