Getting worried for battery life

Hi all,

I am using note 20 ultra 5G for quite a while but since last few weeks seeing battery performance in poor form

I don't play any games 
average usage is 5 to 6 hrs daily 
Never change phone beyond 90% and never let it down below 30%

Never use phone in charging

Please help how I can reach out to samsung people as I had really time consuming experience in Service center when I wemt to take extra nib for s pen.

Experiencing same issue with my Note10Plus... always used original charger and cable only which came in the box and never ever used any powerbanks or anything...infact never overcharged my phone still the battery performance is getting worst....The Worst...

I think that's the trend with all Samsung phones. For first year on my note 10 plus, I was getting almost 8 hours is screen on time. Now I get around 4 hours. More than battery degradation, I think with each update the battery backup gets worse.

I made a similar mistake by Buying Note 20 Ultra last year. This year thankfully will upgrade to IPhone 13 pro Max.

Restore your phone. I restore every month. That is how I survived last one year.
