Getting greenish colour in note 10😢

Using galaxy note 10 but suddenly getting greenish colour all over the screen....is this common now a days or any?? Need suggestions plz.

First try turning on always on display before turning on the screen

Put your phone in safe mode
Try changing resolution of the display
