Clear cache of gallery app and try

And send screenshot of exact error

DO THIS !

AND CHECK IT'S SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM OR NOT ?

Hi , The issue occurred after software update not application.

Once go to galaxy store and check for gallery update

For me also not working. But I cleared cache and data of the gallery app. After that it works
