My note 9 is a year old and it was working perfectly fine until yesterday when all of a sudden the data just won't turn on for the 2nd sim. It's not a network issue as I swapped the SIM cards in both slots and the data works only from slot for sim 1.

The problem started with both sims mobile data not working at first. Sim 1 started working after I did a network reset but sim 2 data still won't turn the data on.

Tried restarting, updating and clearing the cache partition. But nothing has worked. Im trying to avoid a factory reset as I find it too cumbersome to restore my phone the way it used to be before the reset.
