Hong Kong version for instance

I have checked other snapdragon versions and they get the updates like us version.

Strage! I do believe it's gonna be in Feb , and I have no clue what behinds this!! most of the countries are getting the updates except China, Taiwan and Hong Kong Version SM-N9860
