Galaxy buds live

Got buds live delivered from samsung shop with broken seal and wingtips missing. Is there anyway to get them replaced??. Can anyone help me out. Thanks.

have you record video while unboxing.. if yes you can show that to service center, otherwise it's very difficult.

when u received. take pictures of the box, damages, send mail to support.estore@samsung.com, also call samsung customer care and raise complaint.

And they are making some weird noise too.
