Software Updates has been stopped at One ui 2.5 

Why samsung ? I have purchased a flagship mobile worth 60+ thousand rupees & not even getting the latest One ui 3.0 update, many other phones of samsung which is not even a flagship mobile but you are giving them the latest updates Why you are doing this ???

Because Note 9 already completed its 2 major OS updates. ( android 9 & 10 )

Samsung can't give another one as Note 9 was launched with an agreement between Samsung and Google that Note 9 will get 2 OS updates.

And the devices which are getting android 11 were launched with Android 9 or 10 so they haven't completed their 2 OS updates.

Exynos chipsets over clocked in most Samsung phones causing heating and crashes. Best go for another brand as noteb9 is now part of archives
