There's an issue with the night mode on the galaxy note 9. Photos taken at 3:4 aspect ratio will not be processed properly in night mode. Only when you switch to 9:16 aspect ratio, night mode processes the photos properly. Samsung please look into it. Its not a new problem, lots of users have been facing this problem since the beginning of 2021.
