Yesterday when I plug in my note 9 it showed a moisture detected warning so I just gave it a shake and let it be for few minutes even tho I didn't even take it near water could be sweat in my pocket. So then the charging worked but after few seconds fast charging goes to cable charging which is slow (2hrs and 25mins to charge from 1hr and 10mins) I tried switching power adapters and cables but still same problem I also tried wiping cache partition and the cables works perfectly with other galaxy phones. Secondly now it spamming a notification from andriod system saying "USB connector, connected/ disconnected" and this keeps spamming so my screen doesn't goes off and my battery drains out quickly, A solution would be highly appreciated :(
Hi, You should never connect the charger if there is moisture in the device. Please visit the nearest authorised service center to get it repaired.
Meanwhile, you can try cleaning the charging port with an old toothbrush. Make sure you don't apply toomuch force. A drop of alcohol on the brush will help to clean it better.
