Galaxy Note 9 Display turns yellow with horizontal lines

I have seen hundreds of post all over the internet of this issue where the screen turns yellow after using the phone for few minutes or whenever the screen brightness goes below 30%. But I haven't seen a single reply from Samsung Officials to take responsibility of the issue and look into it. All they want is to go to the service center and get the screen replaced so that they can earn 17K for each note 9 device. Even the small phonemaker company takes responsibility for their devices. But samsung is doing worst in terms of after sales service. Even when I tried to contact them in chat they just closed the chat from their end and move it to AI chat bot.

i don't how do you qualify people to work at your service center. he can't even see the issue that the phone's display works fine on full brightness and it only have problem when the brightness goes below 40%. if the display is damaged then it should show problem in all level of brightness
