Galaxy NoteHello, I'm using Galaxy Note 8 (SM-N950U1). Last month I received an updated, which I did promptly. 3 days ago I was normally using my phone when I noticed my phone was affected by black crush. I did a lot of research on this issue and people provided me with solutions such as using the app Screen Balance, but it didn't work. Could anyone clarify if it's a software issue or a hardware issue? TIA

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:
Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
