Galaxy Note 8 issues after July 2020 security update.

Very serious issues after July security update which was released today for India.

SIM card read error, No IMEI#, Cannot login to Samsung services. SIM manager freezing.

Require urgent OTA fix as I am without phone service now.

I live in delhi and they say same aaid come at 2 pm because they are confrming the new update  if you got repaired before ua tell us

Fix has been issued by Samsung and now Note 8 users can follow the steps to solve the problems.

HI,

Got call from Samsung team,

they released the new patch for the note 8 issue. there are 2 options

1. you can visit the nearest Samsung service center and ask them to update the new firmware they will do it free of cost.
2. you can check your note 8 mobile Samsung members application notice you can find the solution. here also 2 things one you need to download the new firmware and connect your mobile to laptop and install firmware or wait for some time and keep looking the Samsung members notices you will get quick one step solution for the same.

Is your mobile under warranty? When I visited service center, they are saying it can't be free as my mobile is out of warranty.

no this is Samsung mistake they have to fix it for free
