Galaxy Note 20 ultra 5G battery is not as promised

I am very disappointed with the battery life of the Note 20 ultra, it can't even last me a whole day. I was expecting so much from it since I got the Note 10+ before and I didn't have any issues. I hate having to charge my phone during the day when I should be using it. So much for PowerPhone ☹

Please try the following steps to resolve rapid battery consumption 

 

1. Optimise your device: Settings>> Device Care>> Optimise. 

2. Turn off your bluetooth and WiFi when not in use. 

3. Restict backgroud data for apps you do not use often. 

 

You may also take the device to the service center for an assessment. To locate a service center near you, please visit the link below:

I've tried steps 1 to 3 I guess I'll have to take it to a service centre as you suggest. But this is not what was advertised
