I can try to help for sure, For SPen you have to visit service center. And as far as heat is concerned you should reset your device after a major update. I am using A note 10+ myself and I am not facing any issue worth complaining.
After 3.1 update my Note10 almost reach 48°C. Clearing cache helped a lot. Now it stays between 30-40°C. No need to reset your phone after every update as everyone says.
