Probably Samsung UAE has the best Preorder offers of all the region. Being one of the major market for Samsung its very sad that we do not have any valuable Preorder Offer. 

Even the additional exchange value for old phones given during S10 series prebook is not there.

Come on Samsung don't you want the Note series to fare better given the huge price point!!

Seems Samsung is making fool of us Indians.
In USA you can tradein Note 9 at 600USD, and also get 150 USD coupon.
In India, you get exchange at around 19000 INR and option to buy outdated Watch Active at additional 9,999

if we omit the S-Pen I would say S10 series is a better buy and value for money compared to Note series

Yes... even exchanging note 9 with S10 gives 23k+9K bonus..total of 32K..what are you doing with Note10?? this is clearly a absurd money making strategy in India..while US and other countries get the best of everything..
