December update has been rolled out and first region to get it is Germany (DBT). Other countries will get it in few days or after couple of weeks as each regions wants to ensure you get the most out of your phone without facing any potential bugs.
Anyways this update focuses on overall stability and fixes the yellow tint issues (yay!). I have done a benchmark using Antutu and Geekbench and the results are pleasing. Great update that optimizes our Note 10 series.
